Website change

I've been working on the website, as you can see, and I hope to begin keeping up with it a little better.  In the next few days I'm going to add some photos from the last few weeks.  Ana is doing wonderfully, talking up a storm (literally).  I'll post some photos of the recent wind storm and had a couple partial trees down in the front and back yard, but no damage.  Ana's newest phrase to say is, "Come here!"  She will repeat it continually until you "Come Here."  Every day we feel like she understands more English too.  Just last night Papa was putting her to bed and he asked her were her pajamas were and she went over to the cabinet where they are located and opened the correct door the first time.  I didn't know she had ever even been in that cabinet. 

Sleep time is wonderful now too.  When she gets tired she says, "Nap" and we put her in her crib.  For the longest time we layed with her and rocked and patted, all of which was wonderful and excellent for bonding, but it was beginning to turn in to a lot of tears and anxiety for all of us.  Then one night she pointed to the crib and we put her in it without tears and it's been heavenly since.

Pikeville Weekend

A few weeks ago we went to visit Keith's Mom.  She had a shower for Ana to introduce her to all of her family in Pikeville, Kentucky.

Yes, it's been a long time since I've posted anything. . .sorry!  The week after I posted last Ana had a fever and was sick all week, so we didn't really have anything to post that week since we didn't go anywhere or do anything.

2 weekends ago we went to Keith's Mom's home for a shower for Ana to meet all of her family in Pikeville.  We had a wonderful weekend.  I do have photos from that weekend, but I'm having difficulty posting them on the website.  I'm working on that and hope to have them posted soon.

Ana is doing wonderfully and speaking more English every day.  She will holler for Murry and Buddy (the dogs - in case you don't know them personally) and say, "Murry, Buddy, come in" when they are outside.  Also, she repeats everything that comes out of our mouth or off the TV.  Recently we were watching golf and the announcer said good shot and Ana immediately repeated, "Good shot!"
